Children will be encouraged to participate in all the activities with teachers making allowances for the age and ability of each child to ensure their safety. Children are supervised by staff at all times A child is required to bring own asthma inhaler and epipen if required and action plan from doctor. All staff have emergency e-training https://etraining.allergy.org.au/ At the time of booking, parent’s/guardians are obligated to disclose any special requirements or special needs of their child that may require modification to the planning and participation in activities. A child will only be released at the end of the session directly to nominated adult/guardian.
Staff All staff have a Working With Children Check authorisation and are experienced trained or in training school teachers. Staff are kept up to date with changes in policy and Child Safety practices and sign a Code of Conduct statement. Staff are trained in identifying potential risks and are given strategies to take action on managing these risks.
Social Media Policy All personal information collected will be only accessed by relevant staff and will not be disclosed to other sources. Photographs of children’s work may be taken only with permission of parent/guardian and may be used in advertising flyers digital and printed or on our social media platforms and web site. No names or photos of children faces or other will be posted on social media platforms or web sites.
